Don’t come here they scammed my sister-in-law and she was told to come back two days later because she wanted her phone repaired they told her that they don’t have her phone and then they sold her phone by accident and kept changing there story. They scammed her $200 to repair her iPhone and the iPhone she had to file police report and call the police. I advised her to contact BBB

Rude customer service, it smelled like rotten meat. Was in there 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I went in as a new customer wanting to purchase a phone and start service with Boost. Not at this store. Boo:(

It upsets me that the price of the phone online is less than the price of the phone in the store so therefore I have to wait three to four days to get a new phone if I ordered online with this lower price

Stopped by this location on January 22, 2022 because my husband who is a long haul truck driver. He needed a new phone because his phone was broken. The associates took very good care of us and even threw in some very valuable incentives. Way to go Boost Mobile! Talk about one happy and satisfied customer!

This store location in indio is a very well run store. I have been with boost for a very long time but this store us ann awesome place to visit even for just help, the team there is very nice n knowledgeable. I was having a problem with my phone with it not charging the young lady tok my phone n cleaned out the charging port, but still was nit working right then she took me to settings n BAM!! It started to work n it ran faster but then it started again so u ordered a phone but when i got home it started charging n it got to a 100% so i decided not to get the phone but again she told me to call her if i changed my mind. But my phone kept acting up so i will b picking my new phoneWhich is what i need cus i have very bad arthritis in my hands n i needed a stylus pen n mine is no longer being offered so i chose a different one. But if u need advice this is the store to do ur shopping. Thanks for doing everything.
