I had a toilet with the internal parts dry out and needed a replacement. i looked for parts, and found ferguson offered the entire tank for not that much more and i knew that would be cheaper for the plumber to install. great for mail order, great service and quick as well.

Lee at the counter was incredibly helpful. I had a list of items to buy and he helped me make a few adjustments after informing about redundancies. Pretty much everything I needed was in stock, and what wasn't, he guided me to where I can get it. Excellent customer service.
