Each visit was a joy, as I was treated very well, along with getting g some good free advice for the job at hand.Today I needed a bonnet nut to finish a shower cartridge replacement. Seems somebody before me deformed it using a pipe wrench and too much muscle. Anyway, Ferguson's Enrique advised they're only sold with a new valve, which I didn't need. Enrique went the extra distance and located one for me. What a good Samaritan. He saved me dollars and another headache. Thank you very much.Great service and great customer care. “Purchased my shutters through my house 21 years ago..have not had any problems other than the plastics hinges get brittle from the heat....other than that these shutters are fabulous, kept the heat out during summer here in the desert and the cold out during the winter. They are a great investment. Life is good!”
