“Wow! Quick Efficient Service at a Reasonable Price! Now my dryer works! Yay! I was referred to this company by a nice fellow customer at the laundromat. Her name is Rosa & she told me to visit her at Mathis Brothers if I need anything. (***I'm passing that along to anyone else reading this who wants to work with someone who'll go out of their way and make a good recommendation to a stranger) I also found out that Appliance Furniture Company sells furniture too & possibly cheaper than Mathis Bros...I'll check them both out when in need for furniture again. Miguel Jr. mentioned that they sell beds like the memory foam but a lot cheaper. Back to the review of services received... I WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND THEM EARLIER!!! My dryer has been out of commission for 2 months now because of the hell that other companies put me through with long wait times, rude attitude, expensive quote, etc This is the hassle I had to deal with when working with OTHER COMPANIES: The first company I called (referred by Lowe's) couldn't get me schedule until a week later. It took them 1 minute to diagnose the problem which was exactly what I said it was...the drum. So obvious, but everyone has to get their diagnosis fee. That co was so rude & wanted to overcharge for the repair! More than twice the cost of Appliance Furniture Company. Sorry to A&E, but I'm not stupid. I personally think they just wanted to collect their $80 diagnosis fees all day long versus actually doing the work...Next... Then I called other local companies...they didn't service Samsung. Some didn't even call me back. Some told me that Samsung doesn't put forth a good product or stand behind their products...or some other mumbo jumbo that a client doesn't need to hear...Next... Then I called Samsung. I thought we had a good solution there because they have a Rescue Repair Warranty for cases like these...paid them, then had to WAIT until they found someone local...or close enough...Just gonna tell you right now, Samsung aligns themselves with 1 star Service Providers (according to many reviews on Yelp & other review sites). The first company they referred me to was rude & incompetent...long story, I'll spare you. The second company at least got a technician out here in about a week...then I was told it'd take 2-5 business days to get the part. A couple weeks later, I'm calling...No part... Call back again, felt like I was blown off. Then I get a call from Samsung saying they are Refunding me the money I paid because the 3 year old (new) dryer that just needed a drum was not repairable...Um, whatever...they were just being cheap...Next. I heard about Appliance Furniture Repair... *Called them & they came out the SAME DAY (Um, what? Wow! Service above what other companies have given...Happy me) Costed $29 for the time to drive out to my house & diagnose the problem...(that fee is reasonable ) *They said they'd need to take my dryer & set up a time to get it just 2 days later... Wow! *They came & got the dryer on time on a Sunday morning. Very punctual! *For my convenience, they offered to move some hoses to make it so I could still wash while the dryer was out for service as both machines share the waterline since my dryer has a steam feature. I told them not to bother since they were going to get the dryer back by the next day. It was nice having that considerate option offered at no extra charge. *They picked the dryer up on Sunday morning and called me at noon on Monday asking when they could deliver it. What? Wow! {Amazed} *Got it today. Turned it on...it heats, it runs smoothly. Nice! And it was half the cost of A&E...And a tad cheaper than the Samsung Warranty was. Without all the wait time & other hassles. The reason I explained the Hell that I went through with the other Appliance Services is to show the reality of what's out there & Hig”
