As I stood in the aisle trying to figure out which part I part I needed, there was an orange vested employee probably 10 feet away. She never asked if I needed help. That was Day 1. Day 2, I had to get a different orange vest to come back down off her ladder platform after she had helped someone else, then gone back up instead of asking if I needed help. But she had no clue if the part I presented to her would be a sufficient replacement for original that I also presented her. She also said there was nobody else in the store that could answer that question for me! I could understand her not knowing, but that nobody else in the store would know is insane!
Day 3: This was a more positive experience. An orange vest actually did ask if I needed assistance AND was able to more than adequately answer my questions. Based on his assistance, I was able to make my decision.
Once I have the supplies, I am more than capable of doing my own home improvements. Sometimes, I have to verify compatibility, though. And on Days 1 and 2, the orange vests didn't even try.

Horrible service. No one wants to help load, customer saw me waiting for help to load the drywall and decided to help. Home Depot staff where to busy talk at the pro desk. At less 4 employees standing there but none wanted to help.

So I was going through this thing with the fridge I had kind of a nightmare and then we got a hold of these two ladies Lola at Frigidaire and Angela at home Depot and they want above and beyond to help me out see I have cancer and it's terminal in times have been hard so a friend of mine wrote this who worked with both of those people Tori so I'm going to paste it here I'm super glad I could help but the real MVP was the Frigidaire lady her mother passed from cancer 4 yrs ago and she was crying on the phone when we hung up bc she was going to do everything in her power to have a new fridge to Mac no matter if she had to drive it herself it seemed. So thank you Lola from Frigidaire and Angela from home Depot for staying on top of the emails to keep it all flowing so great once it started Angela have you see this and Lola thank you You took such a weight off my shoulders What amazing customer service when you talk to the right people thank you.

Finally some good customer service at curbside/pickup order, I have been having grievances with this specific store customer service since early march of this year. From some lady thinking we stole a screw when we were looking for a specific "machine type pan head screw", 1 out of 3 fence panels being broken before we pick it up and a broken cabinet almost being put on our truck. (also a toilet getting broken while being put on the truck)
Today we pick up two orders, Monica was such as sweetheart, I explained how it show as ready for pick up but not email or button on the app (the order was selected as curbside so it should show but we know how apps like to go bonkers), she took over, she was fast, polite and cordial explaining how the new app update was giving problems, she call for help to bring it to our cart without us asking, while the guy arrived to help, she made sure our two orders were together (I saw her walk, pull the car of one order and next to the bay where our second order was), she went back to counter to check on other customers and comeback when the guy arrived to help, told him about our first order and where the second one was and exactly the number of boxes and still she was keeping an eye to not neglect other clients.
I may have a new grievance on the future, but I want to give credit where credit is due, today this employee went above and beyond to make sure from start to finish our order were ready, problem and accident free.
