L & G Desert Store is a family-owned and family-run business that has been around for many years. It is a great store with a lovely, welcoming, and friendly staff who go the extra mile. The market offers a great selection of daily fresh produce, fruits and vegetables, cold drinks, snacks, nuts and dates, and flowers. They deal with local farmers and have the best prices in the town and valley, including for propane refills. It is a lovely throwback to a family-feel market and a true pleasure to visit.

This is the place to stop by for fresh produce and fruits, as well as dates. Mike is the best. Also try the food truck when you have a chance get yourself some tacos 🌮. This place is a staple to Indio and the coachella valley.
