“We want to recognize Alejandro for the outstanding support he provided. We were dealing with an issue related to a contract that was created at a mall booth. After trying to get help both at the booth and through customer service over the phone without success, we were feeling pretty frustrated. Alejandro stepped in and was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, something no one else had been able to do. He took the time to understand the problem, explained everything clearly, and made sure it was fully resolved. His professionalism, patience, and dedication truly stood out. This experience completely changed our perception of the service, and it was all thanks to him. AT&T is lucky to have someone like Alejandro on their team.”

“I believe their name was jaylin/jayleen and marisela, they were very nice and helpful, I came to them seeking help for a broken phone, apart from being nice, they knew how to explain the steps and approximately how long the process would take, they answered all my questions and concerns. Great workers.”
