We were dealing with an issue related to a contract that was created at a mall booth. After trying to get help both at the booth and through customer service over the phone without success, we were feeling pretty frustrated.
Alejandro stepped in and was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, something no one else had been able to do. He took the time to understand the problem, explained everything clearly, and made sure it was fully resolved.
