“I visited the Verizon store yesterday after dealing with a lot of issues with my phone and cellular plan linking to my new phone. I went in with no hope at all the amazing worker Jose did a great job, from his first approach amazing customer service and was able to fix the problem asap! He did not give up until the phone was setup and fully fixed for me to use. Such a life saver great employee and one of the best experiences I’ve had with a carrier. Great job!”
