The staff is very friendly, but the appointment machine does not work, the call hangs up on us and we sometimes have to wait up to 4 hours for an appointment on the day the doctor suggests

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics.
When I tried to help my deaf spouse, the staff rudely told me that he needed to learn to do it by himself. Their lack of empathy was appalling.
Additionally, they complained when I inquired about prices.
The overall attitude of the staff was dismissive and unfriendly. If you have any questions or need help understanding the process, I strongly suggest you avoid going to this location. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy is unacceptable.

The phlebotomist was to rough and very robotic pace does not seam concern about the patient just about getting the blood and moving on. Terrible personality, I'd rather go to labcorp they are always nice there.

I contracted COVID the day after visiting this lab and having my blood drawn. I won't be visiting another Quest location and recommend that they be avoided.

Very bad service, the oldest woman there who works in the morning is not friendly at all. I went twice in the morning and both times she ignored me.

Worst staff the woman who is this morning bad previous impressions the previous time yelled at my mom a 76-year-old woman today was upset because we didn't make an appointment and of all she only gave me a paper where she told me to make an appointment next time

My experience at Quest this morning was perfect rating forMichael.. everything was perfect he did an amazing job didn't even feel the poke at all very nice and respectful person wouldn't mind having him all the time ????
