“We chose Aces Moving Pros because of the great price! It was the only affordable option when moving about 2.5 miles in the Palm Desert area. Others were charging us around $700-$800 for a minimum of 2-3 hours. I'm giving 4/5 stars because of the additional mover that showed up to help which causes the price to go up the day of and the moving time was moved up 2 hours. We were quoted for 2 movers and a truck for a minimum of 3 hours. However, they had shown up with an additional worker on our doorstep without any warning. Also, our moving time was scheduled for 1 pm, however, I received a phone call around 10:30 am asking if they could come at 11 am instead. It added a lot of unexpected stress. It turned out okay because they seemed to move quicker and worked well as a team and we finished at a reasonable time. They did do everything we asked and none of our belongings were damaged during the move so that was great! We would definitely rehire them again for a move.”

“Great spot to store your RV in the Indio area. Secure gated area with lockable individual garages some of which have 120V power to keep the chassis battery alive. Customer service is outstanding with cheerful Tami on site during business hours and a full time service tech is there to fix doors, etc. The wash area has a rolling ladder to allow for reaching the roof of the RV and the water is softened to help facilitate the cleaning. Industrial grade air compressor makes short work of topping off the air pressure. Really like this place and the customer service focused staff a lot.”

“II've needed to rent a storage unit for a total of about 20 years . This is the only place I've rented from that thoughts and practical considerations about my physical safety when going there was never mentioned. At every other place it was an issue. My man insisted he go with me because; "Your'e not safe there."At other places there was theft. I know this because the victims told me themselves.There is only one main reason there could be such a difference between this storage place and all the others that I have rented space from (8 is my last count). That is the management. The management here is consistent, reliable and protective. The current manager (July 2023) is the only person I've met here. His wonderful personality and professional manner made my experience here excellent.”

I have made multiple trips to U-Haul of Indio to purchase packing supplies and have been treated well every time. They have even helped me carry packs of boxes to my vehicle.
