I have made multiple trips to U-Haul of Indio to purchase packing supplies and have been treated well every time. They have even helped me carry packs of boxes to my vehicle. “After reading these reviews, I was nervous. But our experience (although stressful) ended great. Today we had a truck reservation, upon arrival, Abdul (the guy who assisted us) realized their system had an error. Long story short, our price for the truck tripled and our dates were wrong. I showed Abdul our confirmation email, including dates and pricing, and he was so helpful. He contacted his boss to get it straightened out. I called customer service and even though it was stressful, everything was fixed. They are wonderful and so patient. Don’t believe the reviews, nice behavior gets nice assistance.”
