Worst customer service in California. to the manager of this store , cashier are rude and bad

I was asking for change and the old guy said no! That I had to buy something for him to open the cashier to give me change. Then two girls went in there asking if they could use the restroom and he also told them that the restroom was out of service.. that was a lie. Bad experience with the cashier!!
