“Excellent service all around — from the staff and repairs!!!! Vince is so straightforward, which made me feel very trusting to have my service done with Superior Auto Collision. I had a small dent on my door that I wanted repaired. I chose this shop over others bc I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of.
For example, I went to a different shop that was closer to me. However, I immediately felt like I was getting taken advantage of bc it is clear that I am no car expert. I have a used 2016 sedan and the other shop told this repair would be under $1000 at firsttt. However, the salesman pointed out EVERY SINGLE detail of my car that may likely need have to be replaced with all of the work they are doing (such as the door seal, which was completely fine). Then, suddenly it turned into a very, very BIG repair and I left the other shop with a $5k quote… the front desk kept calling me back if I was coming in or not.
I’m glad I listened to my gut, did some research and went here instead!! Vince assessed the repair, told me how many days it would take, offered a discounted car rental or uber home, and he simply stuck to his word like an expert. No secret up charges or add-one after the fact.

“Big shoutout to this for place installing my tires. I called in to confirm I had my tires delivered there and they offered to install them immediately but I was at work till 5 and probably will not make it. I forgot his name but the gentleman on the phone offered to stay past closing to install if I could make it 15 mins after they close. I made it exactly without needing the extra 15 mins and they raised my car and with the quickness installed the tires. I will come back for tire services for sure. Shout out to their whole team there.”

“Jim was just great both times we've taken our vehicles in there. The first time he repaired our vehicle and it looks better than it looked before the accident. But the greatest thing about Jim is his help in navigating the insurance, so we knew what was going on. He does not cut any corners or let the insurance bully him into doing anything last night at First Class job.
The second time we took a vehicle to him, we discussed the possibility of it being totaled. When I told him that we would want to retain the vehicle, if it was totaled, he really guided us through how to deal with the insurance company. He also could have made a lot more money from the insurance company by disassembling the car showing them all the things that were wrong with it. If he had done that we would have been responsible to pay for it being put back together. So knowing we wanted to keep the car he didn't take it apart, so it would be a lot easier and less costly for us. Bastoli puts it's customers first. Before their own profits. I can't recommend any company more highly!”

“Just picked up my car today (March 07, 2024) from Exotic Autobody! Someone backed into my parked car and damaged the entire rear drivers side door. My vehicle is a Alfa Romeo Guilia - Exotic Auto Body did a really great job and quality workmanship, almost like nothing even happened. It took a bit to get the job done but some things were out of their control (i.e. weather, parts delivery, etc.). I would recommend anyone to check this shop out! I hope I don't have to go through this process ever again but I know where to go if I have to.”
“At first, I thought I brought in a car that seems very hard to fix when, lgor looked at my 1997 Delta 88 Oldsmobile. The passenger side was hit by a hit and run driver. Igor took the time to explain how parts can be expensive when locating them.

“My brand new Tesla Model S has been with them for 25 days due to delays in obtain parts--not their fault. Everybody involved has been really helpful especially the front office folks including Lesly, Nancy, and William. The body per se shop including Omar and Fernando, did a great job on the paint. It's better than the Fremont factory in terms of thickness.
