As a result of an accident my insurance recommended Superior Auto Collision and they were prompt to help me, they took my car in the same day of accident, they did a check for any internal damage my car would have undergone, there is guarantee in their work too which made me feel at ease. They got everything right down to matching the color of the paint of my car. My car was back to being good as new in as little as 3 weeks. “I rarely write reviews but I was so happy with the service and professionalism as well as their pricing I wanted to share my experience. I called on the phone and they provided a verbal quote after I explained the details of my damage to my Tesla. They took me right away and honored their verbal quote after their visual inspection which is rare in the service industry and appreciated. The service technician personally drove me to work so I didn't need to Uber. He also quoted 3 days of work which they delivered on time. Their pricing was also quite a bit lower than the dealer and worth the drive. The work they performed was perfect and they washed my car. It was a near perfect experience. Their shop is a working shop and not glamorous so if you need a fancy body shop in a fancy neighborhood, then you will need to pay that price. I highly recommend LAX Body Shop. It was very good for my Tesla and they are also working on Lamborghinis. I was very impressed and would use them again. Thank you so much LAX Body Shop!”

“Just picked up my car today (March 07, 2024) from Exotic Autobody! Someone backed into my parked car and damaged the entire rear drivers side door. My vehicle is a Alfa Romeo Guilia - Exotic Auto Body did a really great job and quality workmanship, almost like nothing even happened. It took a bit to get the job done but some things were out of their control (i.e. weather, parts delivery, etc.). I would recommend anyone to check this shop out! I hope I don't have to go through this process ever again but I know where to go if I have to.”

My car was t-boned in an accident, and, as this was my first collision accident, I'd never interacted with a body shop before.Cesar was so pleasant to speak with from the initial call to the last. Although I was distraught and frustrated at the entire situation in general he maintained a positive and uplifting attitude.My car was towed to the shop in the morning, and by the time I arrived that afternoon Cesar had already completed an initial assessment of the vehicle with estimated costs for all the damages. He explained the process for everything going forward and made sure to keep me informed as he received updates. He stayed on top of communicating with my insurance so that the process was as smooth as possible.Ultimately, the damages were too excessive to complete any work, and was deemed a total loss. Cesar assisted me with removing all belongings from my car. “MIKE IS THE MAN!! My boyfriend drives a ‘96 Cadillac and he had a compressed bumper that was pushing into the wheel well and eating up his tires. We had one tire go flat and the other one get shredded. We needed to get the bumper fixed fast and had no idea the extent of the damage. We visited two 4-5 star body shops that we found on Yelp. Both places told us we’d have to replace the bumper (the first said it was too big for the car which was false and the second told us we might have frame damage and could have to total the car) and spend well over $1000. They said it would take days and be very extensive work.We called Mike and without seeing the car yet he quoted us a rate 10x cheaper. Feeling defeated and out of options, we showed up to L&M and Mike came out and just started getting to work. Doing more than any other place we’d been to that day. He just saw the car and tackled the problem in 20 minutes. It was fixed before my eyes, so simply.
