I had a set of 335 width rears and 295 width front tires to install, no easy job, but the team took their time and made sure the installation went smooth. “Big shoutout to this for place installing my tires. I called in to confirm I had my tires delivered there and they offered to install them immediately but I was at work till 5 and probably will not make it. I forgot his name but the gentleman on the phone offered to stay past closing to install if I could make it 15 mins after they close. I made it exactly without needing the extra 15 mins and they raised my car and with the quickness installed the tires. I will come back for tire services for sure. Shout out to their whole team there.”

“Customer service was good. Didn’t have the tools to get my spare off the bottom of the car and we bought the car used so it didn’t have it either. Then the tire for $70 he was trying to sell us was not worth it as you can see in the pictures. The tire you may need might be better this was just my experience.”
“I had an appointment today (Aug 24) at 11am- I arrived about 10min early, they checked me in and told me it would be about 1.5hrs. I did my shopping while I was there and was done shopping and checked out by 1130am. Thankfully, they were very fast and called me at about 1150am to let me know my car was ready. I paid about $290/tire vs the $500/tire that Audi quoted me- so I think even if I didn't have a great experience I'd be a happy camper .
The only thing that was odd is that the key ring that was on my car key was given back to me all bent out of shape so I had to switch it with a different one. Its just a key ring, I'm not mad about it, moreso just curious about how it could have even happened lol

“I had to immediately come on here and give these guys five stars! They help me out of a jam for an affordable price! They even gave me a loaner tire because I was driving on a flat tire and they were closing for the evening, but the 2 sales reps, I didn't get their names, put the longer tire on my car took the payment and sent me about my business. This is the way I like to conduct business and they were fair again. Fair price. I can't say enough about these guys like I don't have to drive around in a flat tire all night and my tires should be ready by tomorrow morning. “I’ve been bringing my cars here for a while now, and every visit has made me appreciate this shop more. They’ve worked on my 2007 Accord and always treated it with care. From tightening loose axles to checking out odd noises, they’ve never pushed unnecessary repairs and always explain things in a way that makes sense. They even waived a diagnostic fee recently, which I didn’t expect at all.
What I really value is their honesty. When they recommended control arms, belts, spark plugs, and other maintenance, they weren’t trying to upsell, they were trying to keep my car safe. I learned the hard way in the past when a serpentine belt snapped on the freeway, so I told them I wanted to do things right this time. They couldn’t finish everything in one day, so they knocked out the most important work so I could still make a weekend trip, and I came back Monday to finish the rest. They were surprised I actually returned, but that’s the level of trust they’ve earned.
Junior in particular has been great, straightforward, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure my car stays on the road. He even told me honestly that they couldn’t compete with Costco pricing for Tesla tires, which I respect. I’ll still be coming back here for alignments and all my maintenance because the service and integrity mean more than saving a few dollars.
It’s rare to find a local shop you can build a real relationship with. These guys take care of you, and they deserve the same in return. Highly recommend.”
