“The Gap Factory did not disappoint me. Thought I'd stroll in for a look around. The Gap Factory was bright and well organized by color coordination. Making it easy to shop. Christmas sales are up starting at 20% -70% off merchandise. Cozy socks to fragrances couldn't pass up. The customer service was ok .. too quiet, no communication with customers ?. The line to make purchases is at a steady flow.”

My best friend is getting married in 6 months to her bride. She is not a dress person and wanted a suit. At least one store was not interested in serving us. Another one technically served us but the person kept walking away or ignoring us. And didn't offer shirts or anything. Just wanted us out of of there.
This was one of the more highly rated suit places on Google maps and after the other places we were so relieved at the quality of service we received here. My only regret is I can't remember the name of the fine gentleman who helped us. You can see his face in the last photo however.
He asked us so many questions to make sure he fully understood what we were looking for. He reassured us he could get us bigger sizes when we needed an in between half size of shirts. He found us a different fabric all together that did better sizing for her frame. At no point did we feel pressured or that he was trying to upsell us. He was just so determined to make sure my friend got the best wedding suit in her budget.
In the end after we got everything. He found out we were veterans and gave us a nice bundle discount for getting everything from them on top of it.
They had a great selection of ties, tuxedos, children's suits, shirts and everything. Various colors and fabrics. They escorted us to and from the tailor shop that is only two doors down and they clearly had a friendly and mutually respectful relationship.
I don't need a suit. My kids and my husband don't need a suit. But if they DO, this is the absolute first place I want to give my business to. I drove 2 hours to LA to find my friend a suit. I would drive 2 hours to give this place my personal business in the future If I ever need a suit.

“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“This shop is definitely packed full of items, but in practice this means that they likely have what you want in stock! I found that they had several options for all the items I was looking for. I came away with everything I was looking for and more. Notably, they carry packs of disposable diapers at cheap prices, plus cloth diapers! I’ll definitely come back to purchase toys for my child or for gifts, as they carry a WIDE selection.”
“I had a great experience at Children’s Orchard. The clothes I gave up were in perfect status and even though i did not get what I was expecting in return I did get a fair price for most of my items.
I traded a big bag of clothes worth $70-$80 to get a shoulder mount and a bilingual toy. Toys were cheap too and in good shape! I will definitely come back.”

“One stop shop!
Had absolutely everything we needed. Dress, shoes, crown, socks, and more! I absolutely loved that they had matching dresses for my girls! It's been hard to find matching clothes with their age gaps.
The owner is a sweetheart! She did not try to oversale us anything. In fact, she made sure my daughters wore something they would be comfortable in (vs another more expensive dress that I was leaning towards). My daughter left her dress on all night and now wears it all the time because shes that comfortable in it.
My daughter may only be 3, but the owner made her feel special and treated her as an independent consultant (my daughter is very independent and was happy to see ber options multiple times before making her choices).

The clothes are great quality and just love the graphic tees. When it's time to buy kids clothes, this is literally the only place I come to.”
“Gentleman that helped us was really nice and guided us in what we needed. He did not try to push a sale and let us take our time in choosing exactly what we wanted. Store was clean. Got everything we needed for our daughters baptism. Packet included dress, undergarments, shoes, candle, baptism shell, and small cloth. Obviously price depends on the style of dress that is chosen, but ours came out to $160 in total.”

“What a breeze Bernie made my visit. I lucked out at the Santa Monica store when I found the v neck women's jumpsuit on sale. There was only one left and I bought it. It fits perfect and is so comfy. The only problem is I wanted it in green too. No luck. The lines were long and the sales clerks were slow. They didn't offer me any help when I wanted to buy the jumpsuit in green. I left with the one black jumpsuit. So, today I was at Farmer's Market for lunch. I popped in The Gap location at the Grove. This is how it went. I was warmly greeted by Bernie. He asked what he could go for me. I was wearing the black jumpsuit and asked him if they had any left. He informed me they did not have anymore, but he could order it for me. What!?! Wondering why the SM store never mentioned that was even possible. He filled out an order form on his device with my email, my name, my US Mailing address. Easy peasy. Gave him my card (I decided to buy three more jumpsuits). He rang my card. He said FREE delivery will arrive in 5-7 days. And, validated my parking too. Bernie was great. He was nice. He was very helpful. He knew exactly what I wanted. I loved Bernie. Please make sure he sees my review. I'd give him a hundred stars if I could.”

Old Navy was the only place in the mall that I found had K-Pop Demon Hunters- items.Anthony was so very helpful and kind and put the item on hold so I could check other places. “The guys who worked there were wonderful and so accommodating!!! I had a really terrible experiencing ordering online, I paid extra for two days shipping over a week ago and still have not received the package. When I called, the agent was absolutely useless and had no empathy for my situation since I need my shorts for a trip. The guy at Century City helped me pick out that shorts that I ordered, plus helped me find a top to match. And it was even cheaper than it had been online! Next time I will skip the website and just go straight to them.”

“I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”
