“Go to this place if you need a suit! They have a lot of variety and great customer service. I liked the fit and look so much I ended up getting 2 for $150.
I can't recall the gentleman's name (was either Mexican or Indian, sorry not sure). The man took my measurements and then showed me some styles. I'm skinny-fat barrel chested and he was able to find a suit that fit me very well. Let me try it on with a dress shirt then measured some slight alterations. Mentioned he had dress shirts/shoes/ties but was not too pushy with it.
Whole thing took 10minutes. When I got home I called because I wanted to change one of suit's colors last minute and he was able to adjust, no complaints. He remembered exactly who I was too; didn't make me jump through hoops and beg.
Came in at noon, suits were ready by 5pm (and over the phone he was able to make the suit color change from black to blue so I'm very pleased). Fast, very affordable, and the suits look great! So happy I went here instead of Macy's. If I need some dress shirts in the future I WILL be going back due to the service. I have NOTHING to complain about. Very happy!”

“The Gap Factory did not disappoint me. Thought I'd stroll in for a look around. The Gap Factory was bright and well organized by color coordination. Making it easy to shop. Christmas sales are up starting at 20% -70% off merchandise. Cozy socks to fragrances couldn't pass up. The customer service was ok .. too quiet, no communication with customers ?. The line to make purchases is at a steady flow.”

“Employees & security guard were friendly, helpful & quick to help while giving you space! I’m from Hawaii & I always wanted to go here so was excited to get video & photos w/ the little photo ops they have in shop. They have a big selection of items from past collabs & from their line. If your size isn’t available they also have an online shop where you can find more sizes. Parking is easy & there are dedicated stalls for their shop. Everything felt easy!”
