“Since my student health center at my college was not available, I looked for an urgent care nearby. I did a quick search via Yelp and read the reviews for Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center and decided to visit their website to schedule an appointment to be seen that day. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! I called to check what the cost of the initial consultation would be and it was very competitive compared to other urgent cares. I loved how the location was easily accessible via public transportation as I can't even imagine parking in K-Town, lol.Upon arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for my appointment and she gave me a few short forms to fill out. I was paying out of pocket and she let me know the consultation cost and I confirmed I wanted to continue. I was brought back promptly by the nurse who took my vitals. Not more than two minutes later the Dr came in and did my assessment and was able to prescribe the medicine to be picked up at the receptionist desk. I appreciated the Dr's kind. bedside manner and I did not feel rushed.Upon checking out my total was under $100 and I was quite grateful.If I ever need another urgent care visit, I will come back to this clinic!”

I came to him as a second opinion in regards a health concern I had but immediately realized I should've come to him as my Primary care physician. Not only did him & his staff take the time to understand my concerns, answer my questions, and explain complex medical information to me but they also took the time to further research a Pharmacy that had the proper medication available as soon as possible closer to my home. I was afraid they wouldn't take my health insurance but to my surprise they do take insurance which was Amazing! This level of patient-centered care is rare and greatly appreciated. “My last visit was not so great. I brought my dear sweet Mother here. She was very ill. It took the receptionist over an hour for us to be seen by a doctor. Her name was Alli. She was rude and dismissive. I got the feeling she was a racist. My Mother and I are African Americans. We finally saw NP Cristina. She was cool. Overall I give our experience here a C+. Called for a emergency exam and I was able to walk in without I electronically electronically fill out my forms and Insuance info and the front the front staff took care ofThe rest. I was seen by a highly experienced PA-c. The PA examined me thoroughly and gave his diagnosis. I am grateful to PA and the urgent care team at exer for getting me and out on a timely manner. It's unfortunate that they do not have immunizations available at the office, hence the reason I gave them one star less (4/5) but other than that, Dr. Shaw was very helpful, attentive and thorough. “Unfortunately been here twice in the past week.. but that's another story. Let's focus on the establishment and their services. I was greeted kindly, and efficiently. The exchange of insurance, information, and paperwork was done in a timely manner, then was led into one of the exam rooms which was clean and tidy. Nurse took vitals and basic info then the doctor came in not too long after that. Got a thorough, attentive and professional evaluation, at which point was recommended a shot. believe it or not, adults get a little nervous too and need to hold someone's hand. I was fortunate enough to have a super nice nurse and very special person there by my side, so Thank you D.S! Free parking lot is always a plus. ..and, yes.. I'll be ok :)”

“Dr. Deshmukh saved my life. Before seeing her, I would get sick 8+ times a year. I would go to the hospital with high fevers and other extremely uncomfortable and painful symptoms. My immune system did not exist and my body was inflamed. I was sick. After seeing countless doctors, which NONE were able to figure out why I was getting so sick, I saw Dr. Deshmukh and she changed everything. She knew what was wrong immediately. She helped me rebuild my immune system and heal my gut and now I rarely get sick. I am healthy, I lost weight, I am happier, every aspect of my life has improved. She is the best doctor I have ever seen and I refuse to see anyone else. If I ever move I would fly back to see her because an amazing doctor like this is hard to find. I cannot recommend Dr. Deshmukh enough!!!”
“I love how Dr Arévalo takes care of me. I have been going to that clinic for years. Lately, I've been calling, and after 10 minutes on hold, they hang up on me. There have been 6 times that I have spoken at different times and THEY DON'T ANSWER! The service of Dr Arévalo; It's unique. Super professional and listens to my questions and/or doubts. Please talk to the people in charge of the phone. If they don't like their job, let them quit!!!”
“I had severe ear pain for a couple of weeks.And I need to go to the doctor right away, but I needed to make an appointment. It was hard to get an appointment with my doctor.I decided to go to the Providence Carson Urgent Care. I have been to this Urgent Caretwo years ago.They are located across from the Carson City Hall. And they are next to the Providence Primary Care building.They have a big parking lot and there werenot many cars in the parking lot.When I walked to the office, there were fewPeople were waiting in there. The front officeperson was attentive & friendly. And the waiting time was only 10 minutes.Then, I saw a doctor who was a professional and caring person. I told him that I have a hearing problem too. Then, he said thatmy ear pain was not from the infection.Anyway, he prescribed an antibiotics eardrop and I got much better after a coupleof days.I recommend Urgent Care because it is convenient and they are open Monday - Friday until 7 PM. Weekends are closed.Also, they have great customer service.When you get very sick and after your doctor's office is closed, instead of goingto the Emergency Room, you can go toUrgent Care.”
