They handle procedures expeditiously. It is recommended to make an appointment to get in and out quickly, as walk-ins can be more trouble. The customer service is great and experiences are positive. A seating area is noted as a need.

    Picked this location for a drug screen. Online it said that they were able to do drug screens, but when I got here, this sign was up.

    Online says they take walk-ins... Waiting just for them to tell me I need to make an appointment... One month later they tell me they don't take my insurance... Now I have to start this whole process over...

    Awful place. Had an appt for weeks and then got an email 20 min before the appt that it was cancelled bc the location is closed. Idiots. Quest is so much better
