Walgreens provides great customer service and friendly staff, with helpful and courteous employees who make shopping easier. Customers appreciate the great products, great prices, and the very clean environment. Many visitors say they will revisit again. If items are not in stock, staff will order them for customers. Customers can be rude and disrespectful, but staff still handle them. However, some customers have raised concerns about shoplifting and the lack of security guards at the front door, which can make the store uncomfortable and unfair to employees.
