“Needed to go see my mom in the hospital and even though we had a little issue as far as the deposit for the vehicle that you have to put down, which by the way is $200, the people were friendly and the atmosphere was everything you'd expect from a Rent-A-Car place.”
“We rent from them regularly in Ridgecrest, CA and the staff are great and go out of there way to make sure we get a car when we need it. The cars are usually good but we got a hybrid Hyundai and it started having problems with the battery system. We knew from previous experiences that because of where we were there would be little to no chance of getting the corporate office to help us. We had to just continue on our journey home but it bothered us not knowing anything about hybrids and whether the problem was just a minor one. This problem had nothing to do with the local agency and we will continue renting from them.”

“The office is small and they only allow two people in at a time, but it is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The rental cars are in great condition. Never had any problems renting a vehicle here.”
