It is impossible to get through by phone, there are no contacts or phone numbers, they send letters that cannot be answered, I have been unable to get through to the manager for three hours now and he does not call back.

Definitely one of the best self storage facilities in OC. Climate controlled units, clean spaces and a very helpful and friendly staff. Good prices as well. Would definitely recommend.
