I have moved to different storage units several times, moved things out then back in and during this long period using storage the staff has been beyond knowledgeable, accommodating and general friendly and quick. The current manager Jose Guirola has been on staff throughout all of these years and is the foundation for how well this location runs. Knowing my personal items are safe, secure and the building is extremely well maintained, it's been a lifesaver !”

“i thought the extra space storage website looked sketchy so i went in not expecting much but the woman at the front desk was actually so nice and helpful she walked me through the whole process and didnt make me feel dumb for asking a million questions
my unit was spotless no weird smells or leftover junk like some other places i used kinda cramped for a full apartment worth of stuff but we made it work
i liked that you could drive right up to the door even tho the lot was a little tight with bigger vehicles luckily i came during the week and not a busy time which was smart
id go back for sure if i need storage and might recommend it to my cousin who always hoards random furniture basically it saved me a headache and was way cheaper than i thought it would be”

“It was an easy process to reserve a unit online. When I came in to view and boom the unit, Gabby was super helpful and made the process really easy. It was the end of the month and I’m glad she mentioned a U-Haul a few blocks away. I went by to reserve one for the next day but they, including everywhere else was fully booked because it was the last weekend of the month. They had one that I was able to use for that evening. That advice saved me a big headache during the weekend. Thanks Gabby!”

Her knowledge and understanding of every detail guarantees a happy customer. Not only is she pleasant, she is more than accommodating. You are fortunate to have her as your representative. Every detail is considered, and I feel like she wanted to treat me like she was the renter, getting the best customer interaction and making sure I left pleased. Because of her, I will tell others by far, you are the best place to rent. On a hot day, she offered me a cold bottle of water. Who does that! As far as the facility, the place is clean and carts are always available. I spotted her moving carts this morning to accommodate customers on the other side of the building. She doesn’t miss a beat and her smile is infectious! Keep up the good work PS, you have a real gem of an employee!!”
