I've had household storage here for at least 6 years. From the beginning the staff and facilities are beyond compare with other storage companies. I have moved to different storage units several times, moved things out then back in and during this long period using storage the staff has been beyond knowledgeable, accommodating and general friendly and quick. The current manager Jose Guirola has been on staff throughout all of these years and is the foundation for how well this location runs. Knowing my personal items are safe, secure and the building is extremely well maintained, it's been a lifesaver !

I just signed up with Alton Self Storage and moved my things in, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth, organized, and easy to understand. Jose, who helped me get set up, was incredibly thorough and friendly. He walked me through every detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about using the facility. The space is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the process of moving in was stress-free

Great service at the front desk with Jose and Raul! They gave me a tour of the space so So I could see the unit I was going to rent, Walk through the lease terms thoroughly. Explained after hours access when the office was closed! Filled up my storage unit after I completed the paperwork no issues at all! Love how they have rolling carts to use!

This place is maybe the best storage facility in the world. I've used it for years - both for work & personal use. It's beyond clean & safe, and the staff is incredible. I trusted them so completely that I got a unit for all my belongings for a year while I travelled...and I live an hour away from their location. Never worried for one second. If you need a storage unit, look no further.
