The team is exceptionally communicative. I chose to purchase an aftermarket front bumper, and not only did they expertly repair all the original OEM components, but they also installed the new bumper and color matched it for me. Throughout the process, they responded promptly to every question I had and even offered advice to help me select the right aftermarket part.

“I have purchased many new and used cars over the years, and buying my new F150 with Tuttle-Click Ford was easily one of the best car buying experiences to date. The staff was easy to talk to and never pushy. They worked a great deal with me and accommodated our busy schedules with two young kids in tow.
We almost bought from a dealership much closer to home after several attempts, but the experiences were consistently disappointing. We decided to drive to Irvine not only because they had the truck we wanted, but because from the start it felt like we were getting genuine, attentive treatment from both Sandy and Brandon.
Once the deal was completed, they continued to be accommodating and flexible. The closure of I-5 and work schedules made coordinating pickup difficult. Having an infant made the trip feel even more challenging. The dealership arranged a car to pick us up and bring us in, which made the entire process much easier.
Tyler in finance was also great to work with and made the financing portion smooth and straightforward.
All in all, it was truly a great experience, which is not something many people can say when making a major purchase like a new vehicle.”

“What a great find! Grand auto works reviews are all true.. I went to them today to fix a problem with my passenger side window regulator motor on my Honda Element. It's been 2 weeks worrying and the dealer was too high of a price and 2 window companies never got back to me. I called Ryan on Thursday and I got an appointment Fri morning. He discussed 2 different solutions. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and such a fair reasonable price, I finally found a good hearted place, that cares about quality, service and fair pricing. I'm so excited I found this place. While there I overheard him talking to customers and he was not trying to fix something that did not need it yet. I can tell everyone without the doubt this shop owner (daughter, on site ) and the mechanic Javier are the two most honest kind and professional people you can meet in this industry, and you know what l mean right ? Right off back they identified the problem in my Mercedes ( They also work extensively on BMW) Gaven me the price which was 30% less than the other shop l went to , Javier is a gentlemen and fantastic mechanic , knows ins and outs of the cars. “Not the first time using this bodyshop - quality of work is pretty good and it helps they are certified by many manufacturers and so mandated to do a job up to manufacturer standards. They also have long experience working with insurances and always help to prove to insurance the necessity of uncompromising repair work. No problem with their reps - helpful and accommodating. The only downside is that repairs usually take longer than expected.”

And the job was done perfectly. They fixed the oil leak by replacing the valve gasket and broken suspension joints. When I dropped my car off Greensky got me a Lyft home too. “I used Bedliners Plus to purchase and install a Retrax Pro tonneau cover and Overhaul HD racks. Service was great, but initially, it was difficult for me to get in contact with anyone. After a few calls, I decided to just drive in. The owner Chris was working in back and took care of me when I arrived. He explained that he was short staffed so I cut him some slack. Throughout the process, I had to make sure I followed up on everything which did fall behind. I understand he was doing the best he could with the staff he was working with.
