The technician did a fantastic job right in my garage at my house. He was done in just a few hours. Worth every penny because I didn't have to drive to a body shop, wait to be called back for parts to come in and then drive around a crummy loaner for weeks waiting for my car to get done. I texted my issue, sent photos, got an estimate in less than an hour, made an appointment just two days after the accident, and then had the work done in hours at my house. I highly recommend.”

Scheduled repair at my convenience. They communicated via text throughout the whole process which was super convenient. They were also great about helping coordinate my rental car at drop off (Enterprise picked me up at ROEM) and also when the car was ready (I drove the rental car to ROEM and ROEM worked with Enterprise to pickup the rental car there). The bumper repair looks great. Car was super clean at pickup. Ryan that I worked with was friendly and very responsive. Drop off and pickup were smooth and quick. All around great experience. “I have always used Porsche Newport. Most recently, there was some confusion about my Insurance Co payment for some window glass. They needed to have the invoice submitted which I have no time to do. The service manager was extremely helpful even though I was probably being the most stressful customer. She took care of the issue and made the effort to make it as was expected. I will always return because they earned these 5 stars. Both service managers bravo. I usually never have anything but smooth transactions but when it got a little bumpy the manager stepped in and made it right. Thank you Porsche Newport for doing a great job so I can focus on life and let you guys handle my car stuff and take away that anxiety of whether your car is in good hands or not. At Newport, you are in good hands. Also want to send 5 stars to the technicians that work on my car; Javier and Aaron. They are magicians and they make it look like the engine hasn't been touched since it left the factory. Jason my service advisor is also very easy to work with and he is a great part of the team when I come for service. All in all a great dealership for a great car brand!”

On July 2nd, we launched our Bayliner, excited for a fun Fourth of July weekend. As soon as we started the boat, we realized the steering cable had completely seized. Our hearts sank. Every boat shop in the area was overwhelmed with holiday rush, and we honestly thought our week on the water was over.
I called Advanced Marine, and Derek immediately understood how important this was to us. Even though they were absolutely slammed, he told us to bring the boat in. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and by the end of July 3rd our boat was completely repaired and ready to go.
I was absolutely amazed. I never expected such fast service during one of the busiest boating weekends of the year. The quality of the work was outstanding, but what impressed me even more was how Derek and his team treated us as brand-new customers. They genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make sure our holiday wasn't ruined.

I dropped my car off with a severe exhaust leak, check engine light, and an expectation that my car may be a lost cause or an extremely pricey fix. Thanks to Shane and John and their commitment to helping me, I had my car back at an unbelievably cheap cost within 2 days! Despite my broken part being unobtainable, the boys utilized their resources and with some help of their friends in the industry, actually REPAIRED THE BROKEN PIECE to my car and now she’s running as smooth as when I first bought her! They checked every possible solution to the issue and had amazing communication with me through every step of the process, ensuring I didn’t pay extra for parts I didn’t need repaired including checking out allegedly “broken parts” throughout the whole vehicle. I called EURO was surprise that Dennis took my call knowing they don’t open until 8am. He came out and took a look at my truck and said he would get back to me. Shortly after he emailed me an estimate, i delivered my truck feeling that I’d left it in good hands. Everyone was so professional very easy to talk to and always made the time to listen to my concerns. it seemed that it was right about two weeks. They had put my truck back together.
