Last week I paid around $105.00 (3–4-year battery life) to have my old battery replaced with a new one. That includes the Battery and installation. If you have not been to Powertron yet, I strongly recommend you do.”

“Great work, great pricing, and fast work. I had my car towed in and less than 24 hours later my car was ready to be picked up. They give you status updates as they are working on your car and also send pictures of them working on it as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid car.”

However my 5 Star review is for an employee by the name of Jesus. Jesus was kind enough to help my husband locate a tool to help remove the battery from our truck. “Brought my car over because it was sputtering when I started it and the engine light came on. They performed an engine scan but could tell right away that a rodent chewed through several wires. Referred me to an electrician in Santa Ana (I’ll be leaving a positive review there as well!) and provided a copper wire & instructions on how to splice the missing wire. They also separated wires causing the sputtering so my car was drivable again - all free of charge.

“Stopped by here on 8/24/2024. This place no longer exists, its empty and locked up. But they do have a sign that says you have to go a couple doors down to Watch Tech, located between Sports Clips barbershop and Baskin Robbins. They close at 6p during the week and 5p on Sat. Not open Sun. Had to rate it to put this info up, wish it was already updated, so I wouldn't have wasted my time ?”
“Bought a golf cart from Apex two years ago. Very happy with it.
Today I had the pleasure of having my battery die a quarter mile away from my house. AAA won’t tow. Wasn’t close enough to neighbors house to bum a charge. Got Apex on the phone and they walked me through how to disengage the magnetic break. Super helpful. If you’re going to buy a golf cart, get it from them. It’s a great team.”
“I came all this way to buy a part for my car, I usually go to the one near my house. I'm giving 5 stars for the service received by Efrain Gasca. The service that I get from the people by my house is like 2 stars, but Mr. Gasca was very attentive and with a very positive attitude something I don't get at the store by my house. From now on I will only come to this location although is 3 times farther from my house.”

“I brought in windshield wiper blades I had purchased somewhere else that I *thought* didn't fit after myself and someone else tried to put them on my car, and assumed I'd have to buy new ones. Erica the sales lady at the front looked up my car and went out with me to check out the situation, she figured out what was wrong (some pieces were still on my old blades that shouldn't have been, and we hadn't removed covers from the new ones) and was able to get it all sorted out in about 5 minutes! She refused a tip, so I'm leaving this review to compliment her customer service skills and above and beyond attitude towards helping me leave with the problem solved, and without me having to spend any additional money! I'll definitely be back with that kind of trustworthy service.”
