“My family has recommended Powertron Battery Co for over 25 years. Every time I need a new battery for my car, I always stop by to get a new one. Last week I paid around $105.00 (3–4-year battery life) to have my old battery replaced with a new one. That includes the Battery and installation. If you have not been to Powertron yet, I strongly recommend you do.”

“Great work, great pricing, and fast work. I had my car towed in and less than 24 hours later my car was ready to be picked up. They give you status updates as they are working on your car and also send pictures of them working on it as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid car.”

“I came in last week with my dad to get a battery for his golf cart. I was there to be a translator since he doesn't speak English very well, but to my luck, we were helped by an Anthony Martinez who spoke fluent Spanish and was able to help my dad without me having to say anything. To sum things up, this place is awesome and Anthony was super friendly and very patient.”
“Stopped by here on 8/24/2024. This place no longer exists, its empty and locked up. But they do have a sign that says you have to go a couple doors down to Watch Tech, located between Sports Clips barbershop and Baskin Robbins. They close at 6p during the week and 5p on Sat. Not open Sun. Had to rate it to put this info up, wish it was already updated, so I wouldn't have wasted my time ?”

“Brought my car over because it was sputtering when I started it and the engine light came on. They performed an engine scan but could tell right away that a rodent chewed through several wires. Referred me to an electrician in Santa Ana (I’ll be leaving a positive review there as well!) and provided a copper wire & instructions on how to splice the missing wire. They also separated wires causing the sputtering so my car was drivable again - all free of charge.

“A big shout out to Oscar for going the extra mile on helping me find the parts for this 1969 chevrolet C10 pickup. This truck had been in mexico for a while so the history is coming by surprise. It has parts from a 71 C10 , 95 C1500 and let's see what else pops out. Finding the parts hasn't been a walk in the park but instead a walk in the desert. Oscar has put his knowledge to work and I am grateful for finding what I've needed. This truck is a neighbors repair job so I'm just the parts guy . I enjoy a store thats clean and with team players. They have also helped out with this Frankenstein truck . Great service and a great team , thank you.”
“I came in to today (11/19) to purchase some new front windshield wiper blades. They have so many options! So I went to the counter to ask for help. I spoke with Jose who looked up the correct size for my vehicle. I asked for a recommendation and he DIDN'T recommend the most expensive brand. He selected the correct sizes then walked me out to my car and installed them. WOW! I did not expect that. What wonderful service. Thank you again Jose.”

“I just had my battery replaced at O'reilly on ball and brookhurst in Anaheim, and they provided me with an amazing service. They gave me a very reasonable price on optima red top for my RX 350 2012, and they replaced it for me as well in no time. Also they tested my alternator; as they were so pleasant and cordial and mostly professional. In short I recommend everybody to go to this particular location; amazing staff in terms of energy, and efficiency...”

“I'm writing this review about my recent experience at my neighborhood O'Reilly's off Edinger in Santa Ana. My dad came in looking for parts for his work truck and was abruptly greeted by an employee named Hamid. He was the worst person we have encountered at O'Reilly's. He kept interrupting my dad and was very unfriendly, almost as if he were talking down to him. When my dad asked to price match hamid declined to do so it wasnt untill another worker there Enrique overhead and said yes they offer price match like it says in the store and we see and hear about in the television.My dad doesn't want to return because of the lack of customer service and disrespect he witnessed from this employee named Hamid.
We thank Enrique for being very professional and kind, and taking the time to explain our options for price matching. Huge thanks to Enrique for saving the experience.”

“I brought in windshield wiper blades I had purchased somewhere else that I *thought* didn't fit after myself and someone else tried to put them on my car, and assumed I'd have to buy new ones. Erica the sales lady at the front looked up my car and went out with me to check out the situation, she figured out what was wrong (some pieces were still on my old blades that shouldn't have been, and we hadn't removed covers from the new ones) and was able to get it all sorted out in about 5 minutes! She refused a tip, so I'm leaving this review to compliment her customer service skills and above and beyond attitude towards helping me leave with the problem solved, and without me having to spend any additional money! I'll definitely be back with that kind of trustworthy service.”

“I had the misfortune of scraping my side bumper which left multiple white streaks and a very small dent. I went to an auto body shop for an estimate and was told it would cost $3,200 to repair. I have had wonderful experiences in the past with O'Reilly Auto Parts on Culver in Irvine so I decided to check there to see if there was another option. While I did not like the dent I created along with the scrape marks, I mainly wanted to see if there was a way to remove most of the streaks of white paint.
I met 2 angels. Manny came over to help me. I showed him the scrapes and he stated he thought I could rub it out but wanted to check with someone who specializes in detailing to be certain. Luis came over and made the same statement. They selected the rubbing compound and applicator for me with the total coming to $15.06 including tax! I wasn't looking for perfection because there was a dent but I could not be happier with the results! All of the white streaks are gone with just a couple of white dots remaining. I am not someone who does anything at all with my car myself but it was so easy and took me about 20 minutes if that.
If you are looking for an Auto Parts store you can trust and that truly wants to help their customers, I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts. I give the highest commendation to Manny and Luis for seeing me, helping me, and creating a solution that made my day and made me happy in addition to saving me $3,200.00! Thank you Manny and Luis! You are the best and I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate you both!”
