Very nice Dr.'s but I always need to call two or three times to get meds refilled. If a preauthorization is needed - it can take a month or two for the Dr. to send in the paperwork.

I've been going to Caduceus for 6 months as a patient of NP Rivera. She is excellent- kind, smart, and listens to my concerns. I have complex medical problems and she has given me several very good referrals. Reception and medical assistants have also been terrific.
