The only thing that could improve is that it's hard to get an appointment with her. But it is probably because she has many patients. Something that I'd improve too is having the ability to get tests done in their office. It is inconvenient to go somewhere else for each thing you need.”

“I started to see Dr. Ho a few years ago when I had lots of health problems. During the pandemic we talked on the phone many times for various health issues I was having. That was always helpful since the doctor was very patient and we would often get in lots of details about the problem. Each time I got the solution to my problem and also learnt a lot useful things, which seems to be more and more important for me now. Dr. Ho also referred me to labs for tests quite a few times, which were also very helpful. I was also referred to specialist doctors when that was needed, and each time it turned out that those referred doctors were also great ones and they saved me too. “I’ve been working with Dr. Zuzelski for several years on issues involving arthritis, knee swelling and hip and back pain. I’m a pianist and recently started increasing my practice time and of course developed tendinitis in both wrists. She treated both wrists, the left one improved while the right wrist was better but somehow not quite right. I mentioned this to Dr. “Z” and she got out her ultrasound machine, checked the carpel tunnel and saw that I had a mass on my medial nerve. Long story short, tests revealed a schwanoma which is a benign growth within a nerve that is quite rare and usually takes time to diagnose.So grateful to Dr. “Z” for trusting my instincts that something was wrong and diagnosing it so quickly. While I don’t want to obliterate my access, she is quite special and really listens to her patients.Also, kudos to front office staff, techs and nurses who have treated me with the utmost kindness. “I am so pleased and thankful for the service I received here. Four months ago, I went to my primary care doctor when I believed I had strep throat or COVID but I tested negative for both and received no treatment. I went to two more doctors and still nothing. I hadn't been feeling like myself, and every time I interact with someone, I get them sick and I feel like I have this lingering cold or allergies. I went into this urgent care and told Dr. Chang my symptoms of headache, off and on feelings of allergies, and fever in my sleep. The medical care can be listed with a negative review, and it’s not a reflection of the medical care, I love this office because of their continuing education they offer so many convenient options for appointments, they have amazing staff and I just love them!”
