The system monitors wireless motion, temperature, humidity, brightness, and water leaks, providing peace of mind while away from home. It requires no monthly fees, only a small hardware investment. The feature-rich devices offer excellent network and web integration for controlling HVAC, watching freezers, and monitoring doors. The graphics and user interface are superb, exemplary, and have lasted the test of time. A key feature is that temperature readings remain on the sensor during an internet or power outage and upload when communication is restored. The staff is responsive and nimble, making changes and listening to requests. Customer support for repair and returns is provided from Irvine, with all requests submitted via the app. These incredibly handy tags are highly recommended and a pleasure to install and use.

I've had these sensors for about a decade. 3 of 5 still working, the other two succumbed to westerly winds and rain.
It's been fabulous to see the seasonal changes, and the difference made by moving into a more solar passive home. Highly recommended, but in Perth, protect the basic tags from wet westerly weather :)

Range from gateway/hub is excellent. Results seem reliable. Support has been good in my particular situation.

Great tags. When used in a freezer, plan to change batteries more frequently. Makes sense batteries don't like extreme heat or cold.Getting ready to buy more.
