I had a disappointing experience at the Barranca Citi Bank branch due to unhelpful and irresponsible service. However, my experience at the Alton branch was completely different. Joey Zhou was extremely professional, helpful, and reliable. She restored my confidence in Citi Bank with her excellent service.

She consistently provides exceptional service with a genuine smile. Every time I visit, she greets me warmly and handles my transactions with great attention to detail. What truly stands out is her patience – whether I'm making a simple deposit or need help resolving a complex account issue, Monica takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and find the best solution. She never makes you feel rushed, even during busy hours. Her polite demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile make every visit pleasant and efficient.
Monica is truly an asset to the bank, and I always feel confident knowing my banking needs are in her capable hands.

AVOID THIS BANK AND THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!
I recently experienced a nightmare at this bank. I deposited cash into their ATM, only for it to swallow all my money without a trace. When I sought help inside the branch, I was met with a rude employee who clearly had no intention of assisting me. Her dismissive attitude suggested I simply file a claim, as if that was enough to rectify their mistake.
I've spent a week trying to resolve this issue, but they insist I only deposited a fraction of what I actually put in. When I returned to the branch to get more insights, the same unhelpful woman was being neglective and her supervisor raised her voice, demanding I open yet another claim instead of addressing my concerns.
This branch is nothing but a scam! They treat customers like dirt and dismiss legitimate complaints.
I hope one day the people responsible for this injustice understand the anguish of having your hard-earned money taken away by such bullies.

I have .26 cents in my bank account , but this branch treats me like a million bucks! I come to this specific Citi bank for the amazing customer service I receive! Ana and Cristian Are extremely helpful would recommend this branch.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK WHATSOEVER!!! If you have a checking or savings account funds are NOT AVAILABLE FOR 8 TO 10 DAYS!!! What a rip off!!! Your bills will be late due to there inconvenience. Who really wants to go to work and get paid and have to wait 5 to 10 business days to clear? Throw the whole bank away!!!

I came in 5 minutes before they closed like 3 weeks ago. It was an emergency regarding my card being locked & I had no access to funds. I'm still new with the bank & the tellers couldn't help me. The manager still made sure she got the card unlocked for me made like 3 phone calls & made sure a teller stayed behind to withdraw funds for me. That's 5 star service she's a legend!

Disappointing customer service. Went in for an appointment and waited more than 20 min without anyone greeting us except for when we first walked in, and when we inquire about the wait we were just given a compete run around. It seems like they simply do not care.

Arrive at the counter at 3，ask whether we can meet with a banker today or make an appointment tomorrow，they sat us down at the lobby for 2 hours till 5 when they closed......there is no banker here，so it would be best if you would not visit here
