Our kitty was very shy at first, but the staff knew the best way to care for her without being intrusive and were able to bring her out of her shell in a couple days. She was having a really good time by the end of the week. And we will definitely bring her back for our next trip

I have never boarded my cats before but my home was being fumigated so I booked them for 2 days. They were well cared for though not thrilled. The staff clearly loves cats and were very helpful through the process.
