“We have been with quail animal hospital for more than five years. Dr. Wang is the best vet we have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and honest, it is very easy to communicate with him and he has a lot of patience. They will call us the second day after every visit, which is very nice. The price is pretty fair for an animal hospital in Irvine. I took out one star because every time when we try to call them to make an appointment no one would answere, we had to left a voice mail and waiting, sometimes it took more than a day which can be frustrating.”

“My cat had his first dental surgery due to the tooth resorption a bit over a week ago, and I can't be more grateful to the team. The recovery is going well, my cat has had a good appetite and good mood since day 1. No infection developed.I chose to go with Dr Andrew Phositlimpagul who already gained lots of positive reviews from the clients, and the nurses I spoke to (Tori and Kathy) showed themselves only as kind, friendly and knowledgable. The entire team (including the receptionists) sounded genuinely welcoming and eager to help. If anything happens again with the cat in the future, I will go to Dr Andrew without any hesitation. He was compassionate to the point that he accommodated my travel schedule and saw my cat a week earlier. I also learnt that he is a cat owner himself, which adds up to the level of credibility. My cat is raw fed (he has been raw fed for over 4 years) and the doctor did not mind it. I like that his attitude does not contradict with the owner/director of the clinic, Dr Kathy. In the past, the other vet at this very clinic, however, advised us to switch to a commercial cat food. I am glad that it led us to meeting a wonderful specialist - Dr Andrew! Keep it up!”

They're also very careful and instructive in teaching the owners knowledge about their dogs. The doctors suggested getting shots early in the day to prevent any reactions close to closing time. They also followed up and texted me the next day asking how Chloe was feeling ! Super pleased with my experience and will continue coming here”

“I have taken my fur babies to the Irvine Pet Hospital since 2009. They always get the best care there. Dr. Perth is my kitty cats' vet, and I am so happy with the way she treats my kitties. They are nervous going to the vet and she and her staff really make the effort to treat them with love and to get them out of there as fast as possible. She is also good about not suggesting procedures or treatments that they don't need.”

“I've been to a few VCAs and willingly picked this one as my main vet for all 3 of my cats after seeing how much they seem to care. Dr. Chen is understanding and has experience with shelters which I really appreciate. He has seen my cats for everything from ringworm to FLUTD to now my oldest cat fracturing a fang. They always take the time to thoroughly explain their findings and potential diagnosis and next steps and I always feel like they care about my cats. Other nearby VCAs have a calmer or bigger interior or a better parking situation but they just don't feel quite as caring in my opinion. They understand the difficulties of a sick pet and work with you on that.”

“This location has an AMAZING team. I absolutely adore everyone because of their care, love, and thoughtfulness for my cat. I have seen Dr. Kay and Dr. Ma and they are both awesome. They are considerate and mindful of only providing services that make sense, especially since it's not cheap to do certain services unless absolutely necessary. The team's love for Tootie is so wonderful honestly. Each time we go, we leave feeling cared for! I have been here three times in several months, and each time was an exceptional visit. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Ma and Dr. Kay! Plus, an important mention are their vet technicians, they are caring and awesome as well solid team.”

“Over the weekend we brought our 4 month old Corgi to Pacific CARE and discovered she had Parvo. (Whaaat?!) I would not wish this diagnosis on any dog owner. We had no idea how very serious and potentially fatal it is. From our first call to the facility, the night staff at PC were SO understanding and made it easy to follow their explanations - especially in our concerned state. The Dr. carefully explained our dog's condition and treatment options. EVERYONE there was so supportive and we felt cared for, and that has continued a couple of days later.
