We use Enterasource for all our Dell and HPE gear. Complex storage options, etc. They are amazing and offered very fair pricing and excellent service!”

“More genius than Harry Potter! This company is great. Adam assisted me. My repair was minor but I suspect they can do pretty much anything regardless of how much there is to it. I broke my laptop cover / hinge. They had to order the part. They day they got it I took my computer in and they had it done in an hour! Again, more troublesome issues probably take longer. Adam (and a couple of other I'd spoken to on the phone) was so helpful, polite and profession. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!”

“This has been a great store ever since it first opened. Excellent customer service. Excellent repairs. You can find something online and often pick it up at the store to avoid the line, but they always have sufficient cashiers so the line is never very long. Someone will greet you and be happy to help you find whatever you want.”

“This review is not for Best Buy itself. I would still be hanging around waiting for help if Zaid hadn't come by and helped me. All I needed was a keyboard but the people who worked there were hanging around with each other and chatting as the customers wandered around aimlessly looking for someone to help them. Zaid picked a perfect keyboard for me after I explained what I wanted and I was out of there. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. So, rather than wait to be helped, ask for Zaid so you can get out of Best Buy and get on with your life!”

“This is probably the best Office Depots I have been to, and I have been to quite a few. I do a lot of print jobs for my work and Jessie at the print area is absolutely amazing. She's got me out of a few jams in regards to last minute large print jobs that I needed same day and she did it with a smile and friendly conversation.Thank you so much for the amazing customer service. It's unfortunately hard to find these days!”

“I recently bought an iPhone here. The store was not too crowded on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. They were able to help us immediately. Good architecture and selection! Many tables had the iPhone 15 models to browse and there was a table with the iPhone SE models.Less background noise would help. The team member did not seem to communicate at the beginning. It got better once the live audio presentation in the store stopped. Less background noise for all of us. There are many English as a second-language speakers in Irvine. If there is background noise - they cannot understand what is being said. So, please minimize background noise”

“I was so excited about this opportunity, it has been nothing but problems. I am almost a month in, and still no printer. I was walking into this thinking things would be amazing. I have worked with two separate sales representatives, both have given me the run around. Not ever getting a solid answer. I am being told constantly "next week" well, next week has been coming and still nothing. Speaking to a manager has been impossible. If I'm having this much problems already I can only imagine how bad it will be if I were to have an issue. These sale representatives can talk a big game but their integrity as far as having honest solid answers is the worse. So sad because here I am trying to better my business and the experience has been nothing but problems from after the second week. It's so upsetting.In the beginning it was hard to process. However, I must say they have proven themselves. I have a very busy life. They have reached out to me numerous times and it was a hit and miss. They also followed up with emails. I think as a small business owner we have a lot more to lose because we are so small however, the customer service has changed up and they have shown nothing but care and making sure I receive the help I need. They really do value their customers and want to make sure we all succeed as a whole. I am hoping to get a second machine in a year. Communication and follow through is so important on both ends.”

“I had a broken laptop that needed parts ordered and replaced/repaired. I called the manufacturer and they provided with me a couple of certified local options for repairs. I called 3 of the recommendations. Avacom stood out from the first phone call, as Barry was very informative and accommodating. I was able to take my laptop in that same evening. When I arrived Barry explained everything I could expect best case to worse case, as well a estimate of pricing that would be associated in either scenario. It's tech....unfortunately computers, TVs, phones, become obsolete in a very short period of time. I say that because you can't always tell until you get the computer up and running or diagnostics to know the extent. Barry assured me he would contact me as he learned more and he did! He would call to let me know what he found to be wrong, when the part(s) were ordered and expected, what cost to expect. I would absolutely recommend Barry and Avacom Computer Services.”

“Let me start this by saying Gateway's Rules. I can't believe I am running a 6 year old laptop, and getting Tech support on it 3 years out of warranty. I also can't believe I'm admitting it in my first review. People are going to think I'm a bologna eating shit pants going for this and not a restaurant....not true. Gateway has karma so here you go So, this turkey with the 6 year old laptop, should we listening to him? You decide~ 1st. In 2002 I spent some time shopping and went with Gateway Laptop a Pentium 4, 1.4 GHz processor. Still hot solid silver. Still fast and only until 2008 and Vista will I be getting a new, w/ dual core processor. 2nd they gave me a 3 year warranty, which I thought was plenty long. In my mind I was going to buy a new laptop every three years, as technology and software advanced. 3rd and lastly, they offer me out of warranty support this second weekend in 2008. (This is my first review so it helps to use numbers for my points, what a dork) A. The call that saved my baby started with NOT listening to my drunk (football watching) buddies, as they tried to give me a 1 Gig stick of memory that would have burnt my mother board. 1-800-Gateway My serial number that I have memorized over the years. B. A Tech that listened to me, and my drunken buddies in the background, and patched me through to a Technician, without charging me. C. The Technician that took 15 minuets and found that even though the maximum spec limit online said that two 512 cards equaling 1 gig total was max, that I could 2 1 gigs for a total of 2 gigs! But more importantly, that stick that my buddy had, and was trying to push on me would have ruined my motherboard. God bless you for reading all of this. I wouldn't have”

“Bought my mac book and other computer items here. Everyone is knowledgeable abut what they are talking about and are willing to help you. If you are confused about what to buy especially if there are multiple brands they make suggestions about which one is the best for you and fastest. I have never had a bad experience here and it being on campus saves me a trip to best buy every now and then”
