“I found them on BestBuy, and their prices were attractive. I just started a marketing agency that requires a few MacBooks, and I got them from JemJem. I bought three from them, and none of the users have complained.”

“I had the most amazing experience. Went into the store on a Sunday, met with Mason. Not only did he correct a backend issue caused by T-Mobile’s customer care, he also helped me with the physical phone itself even though he didn’t need to. In the span of a 20 minute visit, he solved all of my problems. I am coming back to the store, and particularly to him, for all things communications related in the future. Thank you!”

“More genius than Harry Potter! This company is great. Adam assisted me. My repair was minor but I suspect they can do pretty much anything regardless of how much there is to it. I broke my laptop cover / hinge. They had to order the part. They day they got it I took my computer in and they had it done in an hour! Again, more troublesome issues probably take longer. Adam (and a couple of other I'd spoken to on the phone) was so helpful, polite and profession. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!”

“I had an excellent experience at T-Mobile thanks to Reza! He was incredibly speedy, knowledgeable, and insightful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to explain all of the T-Mobile benefits and made sure I understood my options without ever feeling rushed. Reza provided outstanding customer service, was professional and attentive, and genuinely made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He is definitely an A+ employee and a great representative of T-Mobile. Highly recommend asking for Reza if you visit this location!”

“Bought the iphone case with lens cover. Great customer service and warranty. Love the product design and lens protection. I also got the airpods carrying case. The magnetics are strong, and manual clamp is a great design to prevent the airpods from falling out.”

“This review is for Shuib in the electronics department (specifically the health area). He was so patient and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect size and color for my new Oura 5, and when I got confused with the gift card I had, he explained everything and I was able to be out with a new ring quickly. (He kept having to go back and forth, because of the confusion. Shuib is ethical and honest and hardworking!) Parking is easy here and it was fun to watch the grown men geek out over electronics…”

“Couldn't be happier with the ham radio, external speaker, and antenna installation that Eagle Communications did on my Subaru Forester. The installer met with me when I dropped off my car to go over the installation, answer questions, and to understand what I was looking for. The installation turned out perfect - and everything is exactly as I requested. An NMO mount was installed in my roof (we talked about options about where to place it), no wires can be seen throughout the car cabin. An external speaker is mounted where it cannot be seen and provides great audio while I'm driving. The installer gave the option of having it hidden or in view, I chose to have it hidden. The radio is drawing power directly from the battery (as it should for ham radio). It's clear they know what they are doing and take pride in a job well done. Professional and friendly staff. I drove up from San Diego. It was well worth the drive to have it done right. They are a very short Uber/Lyft from Irvine Spectrum so plenty of things to do while they work on your vehicle. I highly recommend them for ham radio (or any radio for that matter) installations.”

“Paloma is great. She’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I’ve been upgrading several lines on my family plan so I’ve been in and out of this store a couple times this week and I’m always glad to see she’s working. She really knows her stuff and she’s fast at what she does. Somebody give this woman a raise!”

“This store is incredibly clean! I stopped by for pizza and chicken wings, and unlike other 7-Eleven locations I’ve visited, everything here was freshly prepared. Pooja was warm and welcoming, and another cashier, I believe his name was AB, went out of his way to help me find great deals. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.”
