“More genius than Harry Potter! This company is great. Adam assisted me. My repair was minor but I suspect they can do pretty much anything regardless of how much there is to it. I broke my laptop cover / hinge. They had to order the part. They day they got it I took my computer in and they had it done in an hour! Again, more troublesome issues probably take longer. Adam (and a couple of other I'd spoken to on the phone) was so helpful, polite and profession. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!”

“HUGE STORE ! My wife and I zipped over here around 3pm on Friday to pick up some Xmas stuff. We parked in the huge multi level undercover parking lot directly across from this store. TOO EASY ! And then we walked a short distance to the main entrance. It's a completely updated store with a huge range of everything under the sun. My wife and I picked out some Xmas greeting cards, wrapping paper etc. I grabbed some personal hygiene items from the MAN ZONE. “Arron was stellar, had lots of patience in helping me get my new system and game.But more than that, he delt with this extremely rude customer. When I entered the store I started browsing but there was this customer that was giving Arron a hard time for at least 20 minutes, he was probably there before I arrived too. Arron did an excellent job explaining why he couldn't process the refund to the customer but they would not have it. Customer talked down to Arron, called him a bunch of names, and tried to demean him as a person.Arron, thank you for helping me. You never deserve to be talked to like that Arron.
