Customer service is a disaster. Who is running this s*** show? CVS, hire more staff and train them properly.

Came in for a last minute walk in for a tb test and Hyejin Jeong was extremely helpful and able to get me in quickly between patients and also let me know my options for the tb reading since I currently live in the IE
