I'm guessing the rating is because vast majority of the people who are leaving reviews are people who had bad experiences which are probably the minority. that's my guess. in any event, I've had a positive experience and based on it, I can recommend the wash service I had.”

“Tried this for the first time today after living here for quite some time and Jake recommended the Cuban sandwich and it was absolutely amazing!! he was so helpful and had such a great attitude which makes every experience that much better. I love good customer service and we will definitely be coming back. Our favorite part is that it stays open late at night even on Sundays.”

When the tanker is making a deposit of black gold or whatever color petrol is (probs colorless, pfft), then there is less availability for the many cars vying for a spot on the last stop before the toll roads and 5fwy beyond. Even worse when any pump is out of service. Get that ish fixed peeps!”

“It was A'ight....Accidentally Came here, Cuz I pulled OFF the ?️ Road , so I didn't get pulled OVER ??
For Reference: Blew A Head Gasket recently... (Beginning of the End ☠️ for a car)
So, While Driving The tail pipe was spewing smoke ????... a LOT of it! It started Overheating, then Died on the OffRamp ... I was able to get it started again, And Barely made it into this Gas Station when the cars engine shut off and I costed into a parking spot , but super jacked up parking job... BUUUT these guys were cool... Didn't bother me... Sat texting ? my wife ??♀️for like an hour... Security Guard ??♀️ circled around me a little bit... I figured I should go inside station ⛽ and buy like a drink?and burrito? ... I did... And, the attendant was SUPER cool. He DID ask what was going on, as I had been there a while ... Also it was like 3 am (did I mention ?that?)... I explained, dude said TAKE ALL THE TIME YOU NEED.
... I had killed the battery with emergency lights ?on off ramp and listening to radio ?....charging my ?? phone... Hell, you always expect the car to start ?️... NOT ? THIS TIME... But the gas station guy helped me get a customer to Jump start ? the Car!”

“I don't know what the whinging is about. It's a fkn gas station. Not a spa. The access is easy. In and out with very large driveways and a huge allowance around the edges of the station for the plaza traffic to weave around. For fk sake don't park in front of the pumps to do your shopping inside. Pump your gas then park your car somewhere else so others can get in. IT'S A GD PARKING LOT FFS. Go park like a decent human being. Good station. I never go inside. Pumps work. People are entitled A-holes. Rant over.”

“Main complaint is with the car wash.
Let’s start with the wait. If you see 4 cars waiting, that is going to be at least a 30 minute wait. Don’t let it deceive you. There should be a sign at the entrance similar to amusement park rides giving the estimated time from that point. Once you get in, no way out if cars are behind you.
With how long the wash spends cleaning 1 car, you would think it would do a good job. Nope. Not only was it not very good at cleaning the dirt off the entire car, it also is not very good at rinsing its own products off the car! I have a white car and the first thing I noticed when I got home was blue streaks all over from one of its products.
Failing spray nozzles and lack of water pressure seem to be the biggest issue.
Thought it would be convenient since I was getting gas.
There are better car washes elsewhere that are faster. For the same quality wash as you get here, you are better off just using a garden hose and giving a quick spray down rinse”

“VERY GOOD CAR WASH ! My wife's Tesla Y needed a good clean inside and out due to our recent house move to Irvine. This Shell car wash looked the goods so we headed over here on Saturday. I went inside to see what our car wash options were and the prices. A lovely lady named Neilly the assistant manager told me $9 - $16 - $19..for basic clean, clean plus wax, clean plus wax and clean underneath. I thought the $16 option was the right one. We entered the car wash and it seemed like a pretty good clean. FREE VACUUMING was included in our price so we took advantage of that and thoroughly cleaned the inside of my wife's car. GOOD JOB !”

“I am a regular customer at the Chevron here on Culver Blvd and Irvine Center Drive. This is always one of the best locations that has the least amount of traffic. It's always extremely clean inside and out by the pumps, the trash, and the bathrooms. I have a neighbor, Khem, (pronounced like "kem") and he works at the station here. He and the other gentlemen are always extremely friendly and nice. I always enjoy briefly hanging out and chatting with Khem and the guys. The location is again very clean, safe, and I highly recommend it if you need to stop by for a quick fill up!! Recently, Chevron has started a "points" club and you can save on the first 3 fill ups a dollar off each gallon!! I highly recommend it!! Come in and ask my friend Khem about it and he'll get you signed up quick and easy!!”

“Great customer service every time I go there, this place is ran properly. Carwash is great and convenient since its open 24/7. They never tell you the bathroom is closed like some other places do and are always clean. Coffee is fresh and they have 4 different options in the morning. Also have to say I love the chocolate chip cookies they are baked fresh every day. Best gas station in the area!”
