Family Care Centers is described as providing excellent and proper care, with many staff members noted as friendly, nice, and having great energy, especially with children. The doctors and assistants are called amazing, attentive, and responsive, with thorough explanations and useful advice. Appointments can be coordinated promptly. However, experiences with wait times at the urgent care are inconsistent, with some reporting very timely help and others calling it the slowest urgent care, citing long, disrespectful waits. There is also frustration that the urgent care is not part of the patient portal system.
Dr. Howard Fishbein is a colleague and my physician. He is so professional, kind, endearing, and funny. I am truly lucky to have found him. Highly recommend his clinic.

no wait, helped out pretty quickly, friendly staff HOWEVER If urgent care is not part of the patient portal system then why the fudge do they make you sign up
