Been to this location twice now and have been happy with my experience both times. The store is large with lots of shipping material and printers, and all the employees have been friendly and helpful.

A few days after I accidentally shipped packages to an incorrect address, I contacted FedEx to attempt a package retrieval. Within the span of two days they were able to retrieve the packages and deliver them to the correct address.
