“Aim Mail Center in Irvine, Ca has been amazing. I’ve sent several packages to my son and send them directly to Aim Mail center and I don’t worry if someone is going to steal the package or if my son will be home to sign for it. Right after having signed up for a different mail service at a different postal office, I switched to this place because of the manager here she was that good. I knew immediately that she really cared about her service and when you need help you don't want to go to some anonymous place. You want to work with a person you can trust. So glad I switched!”
“As I walked in to drop off a package. There were no lines- all I did was scanned my QR code and boom, it printed the label and I placed it on my package and dropped it in the box. The label came with a receipt as well to track the package.”

I had such a great experience at The UPS Store, especially because of Val! She was extremely professional, polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I needed to send important documents internationally to the Philippines, and she made everything go so smoothly and stress-free.
Val even took the extra time to help me get a discount by adding my AAA membership, which I really appreciated. She also assisted me with wrapping and preparing my documents properly for international shipping and made sure everything was taken care of.
Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Val definitely went above and
beyond, and I truly appreciate all her help. She is an asset to this UPS Store. Highly recommend!”
