“I recently placed an order for 175 custom memorial cards with envelopes in addition to photo canvas enlargements online, which were then delivered in part to my residence as well as to the local store.Upon receipt and review of the cards, I noticed a family member was missing from one of the outlying photos, despite having previewed it before confirming my purchase.I will assume most of blame for this snafu though. The website directions and preview were a bit confusing and left me confident that all perimeter photos would be included.When I called to ask if I could request a few additional cards to honor said family members inclusion in the photo, the representative in print and marketing, Lainagh was all too willing to help.Kevin and I had uploaded my own template, she had to make changes on her end which meant additional work for her which she did with A+ customer service fashion. Not an inkling of inconvenience out of her.Much to my surprise, She then asked if I would like 50 or 75 cards, which was at least 10 times more than I was expecting. I delightfully excepted her offer of 75.I just received my order which included all 175 cards and envelopes. She had essentially gifted me my entire order. In order that was effectively, my oversight.I have not received such customer service and commitment, patience, and statement In what ought to be the mission of every customer service operation.I am very grateful to her and to Staples as a corporation who stands by not only their products, but by the support of their staff, and of course, above all else, their charged loyalty to customer satisfaction.This experience has effectively created my reciprocal loyalty in kind.”

While none were priceless van Goghs, all held significant sentimental value to us.We found The Packaging Store through a Google search, and as we never had shipped artwork before, did our best to qualify the shipping service, kept our fingers crossed, and hoped for the best.I can tell you that working with Ravi and his wife / partner was nothing shy of a complete pleasure. They bent over backward to accommodate our schedule, took the time to thoroughly explain their packing / shipping process, and then gently placed each well-protected piece into a tank-like shipping container loaded onto a skid. We are talking about 300 pounds of artwork shipped over 2,000 miles to our garage ... and everything arrived in perfect condition.Ravi was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process - and we so appreciated his detailed communication.Ravi, Susan and I want to thank you so much for the fabulous job you did with the packaging. “Our grateful compliments to two extraordinary UPS Store employees, Javid and Gauri at the Irvine Alton UPS Store. We took two large heavy packages today as Amazon return items. We only had one Amazon return QR code. We were advised politely that we needed a separate QR return code for each box. Both employees at the store offered to assist us and were extremely helpful showing us how to contact Amazon to obtain a new return with two codes and shipping labels. As two senior citizens, we are grateful for Javid’s and Gauri’s assistance in completing a somewhat stressful Amazon return!”
