Checked out with Alan today and he has great customer skills, I left the store with a smile on my face. He was really helpful and made me feel like I walked out with great value tools and great warranties on them. I hope every time I come here my experience is as enjoyable as today.

Not all Harbor Freights are created equal. Matthew had an amazing attitude and a ton of patience. He shows pride in his work and he's just a nice guy. Geraldine was also awesome. Besides this is the most pristine Harbor freight probably anywhere. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Matthew.

Nicest and cleanest Harbor Freight that I have been in. I had a broken Icon wrench and they happily took care of it. I have been back since, it's a great store.
