We had been contemplating the. painting of the interior of our house for years and finally, as luck would have it, timing caught up with us because we only had 24 hours to spare to make some decisions before our painters were scheduled to arrive.That's where the Dunn Edwards color consultant, Carolina comes into play. Because of our last minute time crunch, my family was quite stressed out when we met her. “Our railings had to be renovated since the gaps in between the rails were not up to code and isn’t safe for our toddler. To be honest we were a bit skeptical when we went to Elite railings to inquire about glass railings because David was able to give us a quote just by estimating the measurements through pictures. I mean surely it can’t be accurate. And also since we had a bad experience with another contractor who did a different project in our home, we were cautious to settle with just one option for this new project. We inquired with a different railings company and gave us a quote which was way overpriced. So we chose Elite railings and hoped we didn’t make a wrong choice. It was the best decision ever! Even after onsite measurement, David did not anything to the quote. He was easy to talk to and made sure all our requests were taken into consideration. His team was also even able to remove the previous rails and install the new ones without damaging the carpet. The entire process was finished in no time even with the holidays as there were 3 people working on just this railing at the same time. Even after it was finished, David made sure that we were happy and satisfied with the results. Our only regret is that we haven’t known Elite railings for our other home projects. But if we do have new ones that involves glass or railings, we will surely go for Elite railings/glass again and recommend them to friends and family as well.”
