I needed to replace my dryer so I went to Howard's. They came and installed and removed my old dryer. I bought the higher end Electrolux. Since the day it was installed, the dryer has not heated. I called Howard's immediately and they said it must be a manufacturing defect. I asked them to come check out the install, as I had read that this can make the dryer not work correctly. They would not. I called out a company on my own to come and check out the install, they said that the install was fine and they said it was a faulty unit. I called Howard's back (this is all the same week I bought the unit) they said that I had to call the manufacturer. I did, the manufacturer said that because I had just bought it, Howard's should refund or replace for me and they asked me to contact the place I had bought it from. I called Howard's again, this time asking to speak with a manager. I got the same response... I needed to contact the manufacturer. Long story short, I have a dryer that doesn't really dry and neither Howard's nor the manufacturer will help with it.

These guys know their product! Best experience every time I go to Howard's as no other retailer can match their depth of product, price point and professional product personnel. Today we had the fortune of having PEIMAN SOBHANI to assist us with buying a bed mattress. He knew all the product features that helped us make our decision to purchase while in the store. We also are shopping for a new stove top for our desert house, and he knew this product as well. I would have bought today, but need to do some additional measurements of the existing stove top. I will be back. From a prior visit, I understand that Howard's doesn't pay a commission so there is no hint of sales pressure. Even better, the employees are on profit sharing therefore giving them a great opportunity to own part of the business. Do yourself a favor next time your looking for TV's, appliances, BBQ grills, mattresses and many other household products, pay them a visit at their Tustin location.

yesterday I just bought one washing machine from this store. the price is super economical after I compared the same model price in Bestbuy , lowes , the home depot , etc. Most of all , the service the store clerk provided to me is really comfortable. I met David Yousefi, the assistant store manager. Not only he explained the product situation and my questions very detailed and friendly , but also he is working diligently to solve the problem I met in the purchase. I have to say the order experience with this agent is very pleasant and makes me very satisfied. Although this is my first time order in this store I am sure I will be back for my future appliance purchase.

My husband and I needed to purchase several appliances for our kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher) in our new home. We had a budget and an idea of what we were looking for. Dawn helped us so much and gave us her honest opinion on what would be suited for our needs. She went above and beyond for us, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I visited Howard's for the first time last month and completely revamped my kitchen with a set of new appliances. I was impressed by the large selection of every type of appliance. However, what truly stood out to me was the well designed showroom featuring fully furnished kitchens. David Y. helped me decide which appliances would work best in my kitchen, and he was super knowledgeable. I was also impressed with the service after the sale. I had to coordinate the appliance delivery and installation with the kitchen remodel company's schedule, and David went above and beyond to accommodate. He provided invaluable guidance and followed through on every request. I highly recommend Howard's, and if you go there, ask for David!

My wife stopped by Howards since she needed a new refrigerator for her office. While she was there, she noticed a good sale on Traeger grills so she had me come down there to look at them. We worked with Estefany who was FANTASTIC! She did a great job explaining to us the current promotion, walking us through the different options, and help to set up delivery. She could not have been nicer or more professional. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!

Our sales person Estefany Torres was very helpful. She took her time with us and helped us pick the right microwave for our needs. We saved almost 50% because the item we purchased was on sale. Definitely recommend this Howard's location and Estefany for anyone needing appliances.

Dino Silva in the Tustin location was extremely helpful. We had an oven break right before the Holidays and he was very easy to work with and was able to get us installed quickly. The installers were also great!

This week we purchased three appliances at the Tustin store and couldn't have had a better experience. David went the extra mile securing the products we needed and adding unexpected discounts. Installation was yesterday by Jose and his helper. No modifications needed. Everything fit perfectly. We're very happy and satisfied customers! A+++

We have had an extremely unpleasant experience with this store. We purchased our first Speed Queen washer and dryer here several months ago. Hands down the worst washer and dryer I have ever used. It is destroying our stuff, leaving pinch marks and gray stains all over our garments and bedding. My silk/cotton sheets look terrible now. I'm traumatized by these wretched machines. I need to launder my stuff but I am afraid of which item they're going to ruin next. It's causing a tremendous amount of stress in my life, which is exactly the opposite of what an appliance is supposed to do. Howard's basically told me it is not their problem because they only have a one week return policy and that I need to contact the manufacturer. Unfortunately I have yet to hear back from Speed Queen and it's been weeks. What kind of customer service is this? I feel like I have been scammed. If this is how they treat their customers after selling them a defective product, I will never shop here again and I would caution others as well. When making large purchases, it's better to find stores that stand by their products and have reasonable return policies.

So on Thanksgiving day our 10-year-old Bosch dishwasher decides it is time to retire and gives up with an "E 15" error. As a result my wife and I were forced into urgent Black Friday shopping. First stop was the national hardware chain store where the salesperson was nice, but basically knew nothing about the differences between machines or their features. We then went next door to Howard's where Dino Silva jumped right on the case (without being overly aggressive), carefully questioned us to determine our goals and priorities, and suggested several alternatives that fit with what we were looking for. Really knew his stuff, and was willing to give honest opinions when asked. Purchased a nice Miele (complete with rebate and warranty extension promos) and scheduled the delivery and full install (including haul-away) for the following Monday. Their install company called on Sunday, gave us a 3-hr time window, showed up on-time with all necessary parts and equipment, and cleanly completed the hook-up job. Couldn't ask for better customer service at all levels. Would use again without hesitation.
