They have an amazing customer service team supporting the pharmacy. Shout out to Catherine (?) who navigated an issue for me with professionalism and clarity. This doesn’t even cover that a small but mighty team is working calls while the majority are dealing with outages from storm fern. I hope the working crew is recognized!

Excellent staff response. Sometimes takes a long time to get drops due to suppply problems. I doubt they have control over this, but you may have to check up with them if they haven’t been delivered

For some reason they put me on auto refill and and charged my credit without my signing up for auto refill. So, if you don’t won’t auto refill double check your original order!
