This is the absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I saw where another review on here stated that they were overcharged twice. Well, I got you beat. They overcharged me "5 TIMES". That's right, 5!!! Then when I finally figured it out, they told me they were only going to reimburse me for 3 of the overcharges. "Ummm.....Say what now"? They FORCED me into Autopay then proceeded to double bill me for 5 straight months. If I hadn't found this, chances are they would STILL be double billing me! Here's the funny part. When I didn't get my latest prescription...and I called into to ask about it...THEIR REP HUNG UP ON ME!!! And not by accident either. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS COMPANY. Not unless you're ok with them stealing you blind and kicking you to the curb when you inquire about the overpayments. Unbelievable!!!

Excellent staff response. Sometimes takes a long time to get drops due to suppply problems. I doubt they have control over this, but you may have to check up with them if they haven’t been delivered

Took a week to get my wife's eye drops... Dr. called in on Monday, still don't have it on Sunday... If I had known... Ugh...

For some reason they put me on auto refill and and charged my credit without my signing up for auto refill. So, if you don’t won’t auto refill double check your original order!

This is a horrible company! They double charged me in September for a "mistake" they tried to blame on my surgeon and I'm still waiting for that refund more than two months later. I've called several times and just get the run around. Nobody seems to be able to do anything about this. They tell me "it's up to accounting." If this isn't resolved by the end of next week I will report them for fraud. Be aware--they don't take insurance of any kind (because it's "too much trouble"). They aren't accredited by the BBB. They are involved in legal disputes as an unregulated formulary.

Okay so after 3 calls to them with no return call, I get a notice in my email that they shipped the medication. I'm glad for that. Looks like they sent it expedited too with no additional charge. A call back or short personal email wold have been appreciated. Caretaking elders is stressful enough.

Their klarity P.F. emulsion .1 ophthalmic drops bottling is terrible and burns your eyes!! Beware. I have used 3 other awesome products. This one is just Way cheaper should have know! Terrible customer service!! Use the other products! They do not come in vials.
