These reviews are from consumers - but this is a MANUFACTURER who does not deal with consumers. If you have an issue with your spa, you should contact the DEALER you bought it from for resolution. *** As a MANUFACTURER, Jacuzzi is a great business partner.

I bought a Jacuzzi from them that was with a manufacturer defect they didn't want to solve the issue and they just closed the case without any solution. Please be worn to do business with this company.
