They told me an order was cancelled due to no response when i called numerous times. I called Customer Service and was told there is only one person, Nadia (without a last name), for this entire Client Services/Ecommerce division. Is this possible?

They keep putting caps on the data usage wen we pay full price for unlimited web for out phones..
