One thing I've learned is that Pacific Sales has two types of locations: SAS (Stand-Alone Store) and SWAS (Store Within a Store). I don't think enough customers know this...and they absolutely should!
The stand-alone locations are something special. They aren't your typical big-box appliance stores. Instead, they offer everything from entry-level to luxury appliances, premium plumbing fixtures, high-end outdoor patio furniture, and products you simply won't find at stores like Lowe's or Home Depot. I've always wanted to visit the Irvine location because it's one of the largest Pacific Sales stores in Southern California. Let me tell you! IT was absolutely worth the drive!
My family and I were looking for a genuine OEM Toto toilet fill valve. We specifically wanted the original part, not a universal aftermarket replacement. The plumbing department had exactly what we needed in stock, which is another reason these stores are so valuable. They carry many of the specialty parts contractors and homeowners actually need. We installed it the same day, and it worked perfectly!
