Starting with Denis at the design phase and working with Andrew and Billy during the project, they were very responsive and answered all of our questions - and we had many!What really stood out was how they managed the subcontractors. Yet, they handled it efficiently, ensuring that every phase of the project aligned with the agreed timeline.It's common knowledge that in big remodel projects, things don't always go as planned. Look, things always come up and need to be fixed in the process. But, what you want is a company that is proactive in addressing them and Guilin was wonderful in doing this. Whenever a challenge arose (there were only a few small ones), they immediately acted to get things corrected.  Even today, a month after project was completed, Guilin has been great about solving small issues - sometimes you don't find them until you start using the new space every day.We love the new kitchen and bath and the cabinets are top quality.  We're already setting plans to have them remodel our upstairs bathroom.”

I will call my salesperson in the outlet and have them look for the piece if they currently have on the floor. They will quote me a price and give the condition of the piece. If they don't have it they call me if they get one in. The price can be negotiated based on the pieces condition. There are good at what they do. It helps make a personal appearance to find a associate that you can count on. It all depends on your wait time. Sometimes it takes to Months get what your in the outlet. They also will call the other stores if you want to go there instead.”
