She went above and beyond patiently helped me designed the suitable bathroom fixtures, from facets and sinks, to showers, tub and toilets and more. She’s always very accommodating of my “urgent” requests and “special” needs, tirelessly helping me meeting my renovation project deadline during our multiple meetings. Most of all, Jackie is a wonderful communicator and always knows what a customer really wants.”

Hugo was helping me back and forth choosing and switching between products. He did it with a smile and he made sure I had everything I needed. Liz was the cashier who checked me out and I didn’t wait long before she saw me ready.

He was so patient and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect size and color for my new Oura 5, and when I got confused with the gift card I had, he explained everything and I was able to be out with a new ring quickly. (He kept having to go back and forth, because of the confusion. Shuib is ethical and honest and hardworking!) Parking is easy here and it was fun to watch the grown men geek out over electronics…”
